    They have been very upfront about their efforts to work out any bugs, and improve the issues that need to be worked on, sounds pretty ethical to me. There are no features they advertised that are missing, and there is absolutely nothing to indicate any fraud.

    There are bugs, some users are having issues, many are not. The fact that you claim to have some issues does not entitle you to a refund, nor does a lack of response from them indicate that they are refusing to deal with you. Submit a second ticket and see if they respond. They will likely say no. When they do, wait, and play on the 15th when most of the issues will have hopefully been resolved.

    At this point, you still haven't really addressed what specific issues you've encountered, other than an alleged crash which isn't really indicative of anything on their end, and quite possibly a glitch on your system interacting with their client software.

    Read the fine print. For any online purchases for the game you are not going to get a refund. That is with all online gaming purchases such as microsoft points and any type of items to enhance gameplay like xp boots and costumes. Unless you did not get what you had paid for you wont be getting a refund. If you do not like the game then simply return it. If you have over 10 grand in your bank account and say money is not an issue then what you spent shouldn't be that much of an issue. I have spent tons of money on games that I got bored with quickly and haven't played since. I knew when I had purchased that it was not refundable. If everyone could get their money back by saying "I don't like the game anymore" the company would be bankrupt. Sucks that you no longer like the game but as someone already said....No one made you buy the extra items.

    This method of thinking is horribly outdated and shows a thought process directly related to physical objects. Get out of the rut man. If software is broken, take it up with the developers. If they say they're working on it, wait for the patch. If it breaks and they stop working on it, that's when you start looking for compensation (providing said software has not already fulfilled its desired role, at which point they can say that you're compensation was a satisfactory use up to that point).

    Seriously though, get out of the physical rut. It works great for mechanical items, but when it comes to 1/0s it makes you look old.

    As to goods and services: You paid for a license that lets you run the software on your computer. Is it running? (if yes, then goods delivered, if no, possible bug or PC sucks). In terms of service, can you connect to the server, as game was stated, when sold, to require an internet connection to play (if yes, services delivered, if no, either servers are down for update or your internet is screwed and you need to learn to network better, no seriously, 90% peeps in this world need to learn how to operate their home network better).

    I could throw hundreds of examples of why compensation is due because of Trions lack of resolution to their problems. These so called server updates have not fixed anything since day 1 of release. Actually the game worked fine for 2 days, April 4th and 5th then the same issues came back. Even today they updated the game to not spam EGO (IT WAS ON THE PATCH NOTES) and as soon as I log on I get spam of EGO. It wasn't fixed yet they say it was.....so what else do they claim to have fixed but didn't?

    they've said they were working out some sort of compensation

    You're not an intelligent consumer. By definition, an intelligent consumer would not buy until the product was up to standards and researching the product returned that information. You bought something without knowing what state it would be in, just like the rest of us who will "wallow in the updates".

    Not a fanboy at all. This game has issues and things to fix no doubt. But by day 3 I was able to play with MUCH improvment, so obvuisly they are fixing things...the difference is that I could wait more than 2 days before yelling about suing someone...thats about as childish as you can get...I dont mean to even be insulting but dont you agree???

    "My game doesent work perfect on day 1! Im gonna sue you!"

    Dude....you think because some words pop up when you log in...that the game is broken? Is your playing experiance REALLY that lowerd by some words on your screen for 7 sec? thats messed up....

    Trolls attacking people for using valid points, we basically are paying to beta test this game as it was released with a lot of issues. Even with the substantial amount of issues I have ran into I still enjoy the game and will contine playing because it will eventually become polished.

    Seriously, quit acting like pre teens every time someone has a negative comment about this game. The game is out of sever maintenance so go play and leave people alone.
