Honestly asking for a refund or some sort of compensation is not that big of a deal. If I purchase a product that does not work IE constant crashes making the game unplayable then I fully expect to be compensated. That goes for any purchase not just a game. For example if you go buy a car and 10 miles down the road it just turns off for no reason do you really think you would keep the car? Now the thought of well that is a car not a video game comment comes up. How about a movie ticket? Pay $10 to see a movie and 10 min into the movie it just stops playing and you wait 5 min to start up again then 10 min later it stops playing again. This is not an enjoyable experience and I would ask for a refund on my movie ticket.
I could throw hundreds of examples of why compensation is due because of Trions lack of resolution to their problems. These so called server updates have not fixed anything since day 1 of release. Actually the game worked fine for 2 days, April 4th and 5th then the same issues came back. Even today they updated the game to not spam EGO (IT WAS ON THE PATCH NOTES) and as soon as I log on I get spam of EGO. It wasn't fixed yet they say it was.....so what else do they claim to have fixed but didn't?
