    I am not looking for a refund but i am annoyed.Why release with so many issues in the first place. The game is a lot of fun but without group chat working properly it kills the fun factor. I love co-op games because i play with friends and family from hundreds of miles away but at this point it has a mmo single player feel. Fix the damn voice chat and i will continue to report bugs etc.

    Alright, first off I believe the only one trying to be a badass here is you.     Anyways, clock, I don't believe you need to demand a refund. The Trion Staff have been working night and day to fix the problems at hand and have done it incredibly fast compared to other companies in which I've played games for. I've seen late night server fixes, early morning server fixes. It's a MMO; there are going to be problems within the first week or two. I personally play on the xbox and that seems to be giving them the most trouble with lag and server issues so I know your pain. I guarentee you after the april 15th patch you'll be completely happy with this game. (I mean, what's $120 out of 10k, knyamean?)

    he actually lost that right to demand a refund. no matter where you go to purchase a game wether it be gamestop or the steam store or even off the trion site. you're always agreeing to the terms.

    Verbally Agreeing = Gamestop

    Clicking the little box on the payment screen without reading the size 6 font page they have dedicated to stop idiots like clock = Any online purchase.

    Theres nothing wrong with the game, not everyone enjoys every game that is released... you wont get a refund on the terms that you dont like the game... It's as good as a game can be when it is first released, every game has bugs, pre+post release.

    Voice chat is a joke, I don't even want to discuss it. There is more to voice chat than on/off. Um ever hear of a push to talk option? Nope, not needed I guess.

    Text chat is Off by default and if its turned on, the player cannot move or play. So its either play in vacuum or sit in a chat room.

    Grouping is a gamble. Last two days it hasn't worked ( yes I put in a bug report ) No confirmation that an invite was sent, recipient of the invite never gets it. The only thing that appears in chat is "team invite to ( player name ) has timed out".

    Each day something new appears and to be honest, after a week and 30 odd server shutdowns what exactly has been fixed? Patch notes " we fixed a number of bugs" Did you now? Which ones because each day there are 10 pages added to the bugs/issues thread.

    They should pay people like me to beta test their games, and actually listen to the feedback on improvements needed that I give, instead of just making it public. I think beta tests should never be public in the first place.
