Well they are to late to make it right for me..I bought the game to play a week ago..They refused to reply to me, and the community is clearly horrible..I no longer have any desire to play among you.. Had this been resolved like a decent company would have, sure the issues could have been resolved but now I have lost all taste for Trion services.

Thats a bit harsh, but I cant help agree...

Have some pateince and relax man, asking for a refund seems a bit childish imo

LOL, the community would be here to help you if there were any technical or game play issues you may have had.

they haven't refused to reply to you, they just haven't, or the messages were lost.

What issues could anyone have resolved for you? I don't see any of your posts requesting anything less than a refund, which you are not entitled to.

A decent company works to resolve problems, which they are doing, and openly addressing.

LOL, ok now I HOPE you are trolling....man...are you for real? Sad for you if you are.... WHY DID YOU BUY THIS GAME THEN?? I honestly, with all my heart, do NOT beleive you are older than 15. Or this is the first video game you have played. ever.

What IronHands said. See, the man even has 3 of the most common questions on the tech forums answered in his bloody sig!

And one quick Adv Search is all it takes to find that all you've posted is this literary nightmare of a piece about self-entitlement.

I am honestly not concerned with what seems "childish" or anything else to the rest of you. I am concerned with being treated the same as I would treat anyone spending money for my own services.

they are treating everyone the same. they are fixing the problems for everyone. they aren't going to treat you the way that you might treat your own customers, because you're likely not in the computer software industry

Well, the issue is not about getting the 120$ back. If you have the money to afford the attorney then the 120$ is not a big deal. The issue is about punishing a company for clearly fraudulent behavior and unethical business practice. I wouldnt care if my attorney gets me a dime, im only in it to see Trion's name dragged through the mud and watch their investors evaporate. This kind of business model is failed, and its about time these companies received the punishment they deserve.

Many groups of us did the same thing to Bioware after Mass Effect 3 and it is currently on-going with EA over Sim City. Its not about getting our money back, its about setting they're stock prices where they are deserved to be.

If we have the expendable money to waste it on such endeavors, what do you care? Its not your money, and if one of us wins, everyone with a registered account gets money back. So with all due respect, if your not contacting an attorney, then dont worry about it, if you are, there are a few good groups out there pooling resources for the effort. Either way, its not worth arguing about on here.

Also, from those of us who actually do deal with legal issues regularly, if your trying to sue someone your lawyer already told you that you should not be discussing it in public!

Even the fact that they allowed such abuse in this thread and other of people with issues proves I am correct..It seems to me that they are depending on their fanboys to chase off anyone with complaints.
