Seriously you CHILDREN are obvious..

Like YOU??? lol, Dude, you will be laughed at like the little kid you are when you try to sue them. You are a little ant to them, but an ant that acts like a tool, they wont even look twice at you. You are completly ignorant to reality. Come back when you "win" your court hearing lol.

Actually, if you read the other threads in the forum you would find out that there is a patch coming for the game on the 15th as well that addresses many bug fixes and lag issues.

Because, like all entertainment companies, they have deadlines to make. Considering the game is to be released before the television show. They work everyday to fix these problems. You need to be patient like the rest of us. And you say who cares about the tv? The game is based on the tv show. Thus the whole point of the game in general.

And Dingo is right, a smart consumer researches their products before they buy them. You obviously did not. Im unhappy with the state of the game too, but you have to understand, there is nothing you can do about it. Either take it to gamestop for trade-in credit, or get over it. Not really any other option.

100% correct, the court will always side with the businesses, they keep the economy going, and so long as they aren't contributing any serious harm to the public, it's not an issue. This isn't a case of a product causing physical injury, it's an inconvenience at best, which they are openly working to improving. it's MMO software, it's always in a constant state of repair and correction.

Many are unhappy with the game as it is, but we know that it will be better soon.

I'm sorry, no, the term you are looking for is "Free to Play after Purchase".

It's been around a lot longer than your "Buy to Play", as far back as online multiplayer has existed as a matter of fact. It was referenced to point out that the multiplayer was free to play after you bought the game (around the time subscription based MMOs were starting to hit the market). It was one of GW1's biggest marketing points as well, if memory serves.

Also, its SciFi, not SyFy. Only idiots that let Comcast tell them that Science Fiction is now abbreviated SyFy call it that. And then to boot, you obviously dont know that Defiance is written by one of the most awesome SciFi writers of the last decade, do you? Same guy that wrote Farscape, Alien Nation, SeaQuestDSV...

You sent in a ticket and got no response? Have you looked around the forums? Do you comprehend that there are a good handful of people like you sending in tickets about the SAME thing? They are working on making the game better for people who are actually patient with them and understanding. And stop calling people children because you are the only one acting like a little kid who just found out that Santa is not real.

Main problem I have with this statement is for some people, obviously not you, the game is unplayable due to crashing. I for one have no idea what happened on the Golden Gate bridge since my game crashed during the cutscene and when I logged back on my mission had been advanced. So, I already missed a portion of the story which could very well be on the first episode on April 15th.

I'm not too worried about it but for those that really want to follow the story this could be a major problem especially if they miss multiple cutscenes.

No, if you have an issue, submit a ticket and wait for a response. If, for some reason, you don't get a response, you stop and think for a second.. "Hmm, I'm not the center of the universe, there might be other people ahead of me, but just in-case, I'll send a second ticket with my issue and know they'll respond to it when they're able".

Actually, and I hate to say this, he's right. Free to play is free game, no sub.

Buy to play is Pay for game no sub.

The Secret World, Defiance, and Guild Wars 2 is Buy to Play.

League of Legends, Lord of the Rings Online, DCUO are Free to Play.

CTD issues are definitely a concern, have you experienced any others? I've heard of a few with cutscene crashes, and I think it's related to the outfit bug. Also, if that happens, did you have the option to abandon the mission to restart it, if the cutscene was vital?

Same here, and I loved it...every last bit of it, from server rollbacks to dying and losing all my crap to stupid placeholder animals in the middle of nowhere taking up plot for a house!

But no, I refuse to bend to the new kids on the block that just want a shorter acronym cause they're lazy. Its F2PaP damnit, has been and will be. B2P sounds like some oil company forgot to take a 2 out.

At least yours crashed, mine just skipped the whole cutscene entirely while my friend described it to me. If you're worried about the story in the show, I highly doubt that this will cause any effect on something set in Saint Louis.

the content will have a larger impact on season 2. first season is pretty much set, but there will be some overlap as the episode missions are added. Could be something as basic as a courier running back and forth, but from what I've read, season 2 is in vegas, so the main crew might be moving west? Should probably check a map, my American geography is pretty bad

Well yes, Vegas is most assuredly west of St Louis. But I seriously doubt the events that unfold upon the GGBridge will have any meaningful impact on the show (even in season 2). Btw, trying to do this w/o giving out massive spoilers.
