No open world pvp at the moment. Don't think it'll happen. Open world pvp would be bad. Nothing will get done, people will just start killing everyone. Shadow wars is the closest thing you can get to right now.

I suppose dueling may happen eventually, but open world PvP other than Shadow Wars would need to have it's own servers.
I really hope open world pvp happens, it can just be a toggleable pvp flag to prevent random fun killing. If they can do shadow wars in open world, then toggleable open world pvp should be easy to implement later down the line.
