Mature Clan/Guild Xbox 360

Hi, Im looking for a Clan/Guild for mature players. I play on Xbox 360 on the European server (which is annoying as most of my friends on my friend list are American). Also how do you get your EGO up, I keep doing arkfalls but my EGO doesnt go up and yes I realize that sounds like a noob question.
