The Future of "defiance"

My understanding is that there will be weekly updates, once the TV series gets rolling. I think the updates will be "Episode missions".
The first three were interesting.

1 week later, "The future of defiance"

Unless they get the rpg aspects of this game up to par it won't last long. Loot that nobody cares about and an EGO grid full of skills that are hard to even notice are big problems. The rpg stuff is so tacked on and does so little it comes really close to being fake window dressing to give the illusion of a deeper game.

The game isnt an MMO-RPG, its an MMO-TPS, Third Person Shooter. People should not think they are role playing, althought it is easy to forgive considering they have "story" missions and you are playing the role of an "arkhunter". I look at it like I am playing Battlefield 3, but most people look at it like its borderlands. It is more shooter then RPG.

The thing is they put these systems in place. They are supposed to be a part of the game and they are completely tacked on. Anyone interested in these features, and they are a main selling point, will quickly lose interest.

Don't defend half assed systems please.

On a more subjective note, even the guns are boring. This is just my opinion obviously.

will this game eventually go f2p? then i thought no cuss this game is on xbox360 and M$ aint got time for that.

You are right, that is your opinion, I disagree but I respect your opinion.

It is all about perspective, I accept what it is.

I am curious, what is the half assed system? What is it that you don't like and why exactly? Thanks

Maybe theey will add a cover system. Do that and make AI harder and I will play for a very long time.

i have read that there will be 5 dlc maybe 7 that will be f2p for less and b2p for a lot, meaning you will get less maps area less every thing but b2p you get the whole shabang weapons missions more map so it should be good for a lot of years to come xD

If you increase the AI's AI.. and add a cover system what is the point? Clunky Auto-Roll Cover systems annoy me, id rather the option to be able to switch "righthand" to "lefthand" in terms of perspective of your character, its very easy to take down opponents when approaching them with cover on your left, abit harder because of view if you are approaching with cover on right, just a thought.
