Defiance? I'm here for the Castithans. Hopefully I'll learn to shoot straight along the way.
Multiple servers could be a problem. Perhaps we'll be looking at a set of allied guilds across several servers, or - if the servers aren't region-specific - selecting a server to play on? Closer to the time (i.e. once we have more details) it may be an idea to set up an off-site forum to help coordinate our efforts and allow members to communicate.
As for the guild name, I agree that "Bering and Wells" is much too fandom-specific. The game is supposed to interact with the show, so allowing the fact that Warehouse has brought us together to influence the name of the community seems unwise. It breaks immersion both for members and for anyone who sees the name. A more subtle reference like Meet at Gunpoint would allow us to stay true to our origins while fitting in with the feel of the game and show. This is, after all, a shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world - and if, as seems likely, we have humans and Votans fighting alongside one another, some of them may have quite literally met at gunpoint during the Pale Wars...
...and there we have a neat hook for an in-universe origin story. The founding members may have come from two opposing companies who became allies to face a common threat. Such stories become tropes because they're good, fangirls and gentlemen; I say we write our own.
