Air Vehicles

With my last idea I believe that any objections that Trion has given, and most of the objections that you guys have given have been addressed let me know if I am mistaken.

I still feel aircraft would ruin it.

Even if they were only permitted in certain areas designed for aircraft? I mean, you would have to take off from somewhere and EMC would probobly have the juridstiction to keep you there. Chopper only missions and pvp would be awesome IMO.

go place ace combat if you want air to air fights, to me they are boring as hell

In Shadow war I might tolerate it, only if they are much less powerful than cerberus's also, to be taken out by any cerberus easily as well as rocket launchers should be a 1 hit down for helicopters. I would allow it in PvE also if it had no turrets. I think both different modes of vehicles should have atleast 4 seats, 2 being turrets (only being for shadow wars) and on PvE all 4 seats in the seat area of the chopper.

I would agree with that. I would also say that in addition add a chopper area (WAAAY down the road) that is completely designed for air combat with some ground objectives that require air transportation. If implemented right, this could be epic.

I get that the world is supposed to be ground based, but what's the harm in letting me take a free-roam chopper ride (unarme of course) from the E-Rep base on Mount Tam to the base in Madera. I can't take part in a Arkfall, I can't unbalance PvP, and I'll appreciate the vastness of Defiance even more when I can spend 20 minutes just flying from end to end taking in the views.

Not a bad concept. I feel that there should be landing struts and the overall construction should look more like a a Huey Helicopter. I'll post a pic later of what I mean.
