indeed. we still have no idea how much content that will be or how long it will take. I guarantee you they didn't expect people to fly through all their available content in 4 days.

Gamestop is going to get in trouble.

If they're taking back used copies of Defiance, which require a key code and an account...and reselling them.

Apparently Gamestop doesn't even know what they're doing...which is no surprise.

It's only that way because it seems like console gamers aren't that understanding when it comes to MMO games in the first place. Even then, don't you have to buy another key for the game anyway? (IE: Project $10?) or do they just let any dude with a disc in?

red dead redemption was also made by a noteworthy developer. *key difference* (waits for angry fanboy responses)

no, because gamestop wants to pocket as much as they can from the original sale, for the same reason they usually give you next to nothing for any trade-in.

holy bejeezus. is this going to become another thread about the evils of capitalism and corporations? how dare gamestop be a middle man for consumers and video games? why cant we all just go directly to the developer? which ironically, is basically how PC gamers work, yet they get blasted all the time for being elitist *******s. So, basically it's a circle jerk. gnarly.

yep, unless they have a way to disable the keys. can these people who returned the game keep playing it right from the hdd? if these copies are re-sold, they'll be unusable since they key's been used.
