You get armored vehicles some w/ weapons mounted on them, I think that might be their version of pets.

Yeah you do get vehicles in the game that you can spawn from your inventory but we call those mounts not pets. Pets are usually animals that just follow you around and do nothing. Companion type pets might be cool as long as they help you in fights or something.

Sorry I haven't played Fable since it's console only. No I would rather have all the kids from "children of the corn" following me.

i was using a quad copter in Tom Clancy Ghost Recon:Future Soldier as my pet, and team killed as the HVT many many times, cause that was a useless HVT objective

Obviously you didn't know the secret that some pets increase your luck with the RNG loot gods. Mr. Wiggles and the Kung Fu Panda helped me obtain quite a lot of useful loot in my WoW days.

Honestly I hope they don't waste effort on pets for this game. They really would be pointless with this genre. Anyway, most creatures that would survive in a rough region like the Bay Area would be used for food. Pets only exist when food is plentiful.

No Pets in here please. If you want them, there are plenty of other titles with Pets. What is this pet-affinity with MMOs??? I liked only one Pet in Gaminghistory so far and that was DOGMEAT! :)

difference is while there are a MILLION other MMOs with pets AND LOTS of the other things ppl want in this game/other MMOs however THOSE are all on PC... for us xbox and PS3 players the only MMOs we have to choose from are DC Universe online, Defiance, Final Fantasy XI and Final Fantasy XIV (when it hist this summer) so for US wanting those things in this MMO and ever other one is normal because playing those "million other mmos out there" isnt an option for us console players.
