forum for the good things about the game.

so we have so many people already saying the game is crappy, they aren't gonna play anymore, blah, blah, blah, so lets have a post of positive things. i'm glad to go first.

i personally love the game, have since the Beta which had a lot more glitches and stuff. i just like the over all gameplay and feel of the game itself. but if i had to pick one thing i like best, the open world freedom. this kind of thing is very important to me when i play games.
i could careless about high levels, or god like gear. i like exploring and stuff.

This game is awesome. I've enjoyed it from day one. Now that I'm playing in a group, the game is that much better. More people should give this game a try.

Yeah there are a lot of people who say they're bored with the game already, but evidently don't have anything to do except try to convince others not to like it.

I'm loving the game also. It's what I call a zen game because I can just be in the world and do what I want. Sometimes that means missions or challenges. Sometimes I put on my lawman outfit and drive around looking for random people to help. Sometimes I go on an Ark Fall marathon. Sometimes I queue up for co-op. Sometimes I'll concentrate on contracts for awhile, or pursuits. There's so much PvE content, the last PvP I tried was in the beta. It was fun, but not the reason I wanted the game. One of my favorite things would be the final stage of the major Ark Falls. I love to see other people getting knocked around by the larger hell bugs, and when I get knocked into the air I wish I could see it from another angle. Good fun. Can't wait for the show.

Just wish sniping wasn't such a pain in the *** to do.

But I love cruising around in my challenger and coming around corners and unintentionally running over skittles lol

there a little trick with sniping, just like any gun if you tap the aim it will auto lock on if you kept the auto aim on. its annoying at first to get the hang of it but it helps later on.

loving this game even tho i'm kinda struggling with my sniper build. lucky to get an AR on an ark fall, using it as my secondary for those pesky raiders.

love participating in arkfalls, i just hope they fix the mic issue.

as said in one of the posts above, in this game, i can be myself. or anyone.

personally i never liked the idea of mics in MMOs especially when they have a chat option. i just feel mics should only be used for a war game or sports.

The fact that swords and spells are getting old. Its nice to have some firepower! Now if Trion could do a good space flght sim, I would get into that also. I so loved Wing Commander!! LOL

First time i drove through the dusty terraformed badlands in a convoy with other players, that felt good. Still does.

when it works, theirs 0 loading issues, and their isn't much issue beyond co-existing with other players who tend to do dumb things (ex grenade *****/team kill accidentally) then yeah i love the game.

Also the story lines interesting keeps me interested in the game

I've been playing all week and i'm still hooked. Luckily I haven't run into many issues, only a few minor ones which have been fixed for me. Everything has been running good. Defiance is just my kind of shooter and the fact that it's online just makes it that much better. Outside of a few co-op matches, I haven't really messed around with the matchmaking too much so I still have a lot to check out. Even without that I just love roaming around, helping out stranger's who are in a pinch, and doing missions with the colorful characters. It's fun solo but I could definitely use some more people to play with. The game definitely makes me excited for monday too.
