I've bought around 10 t4 boxes and all I get is crap. Do I have to push x a special way or maybe sweet talk my box before I open it? Maybe buy it dinner? Any advice or is my luck just poopy?

Well I have the same luck as you lol.
Im lucky to get one purple. Im in for about 15 boxes this week and still nothing. (had 2 days off due to weather)
Lol..mannn I got 1 legendary outta the same number of T4s og,bought 2 yesterday all blues..bought one T3 with keycodes and 2purples..I was tight and heard joker in my head.pay ur money and take ur chances.
i bought 4 t4 boxes and got 3 legends a spanner i gifted to sumone and a heavy assault carbine first of 2 and a semi auto carbine so i hv had a total of 4 legendary weapons so far tho one disappeared (thnx trion) and the other like i said i gave to a player for helping me out in a difficult area
Imagion seeing hoax here lol just like dc. Anyway
All I get is crap weapons and shields from these boxes. I won't be spending real money at all in these with the horrible odds

I got two yesterday... I guess it's luck, I've probably bought 6 or 7 lockboxs.. but i don't understand how the weapon is any better. I got a Mazu Blaster Rifle that's orange but i still stick with my green FRC SAW and does way more damage than the rifle... I'm willing to trade the Blaster Rifle for something else orange is anyone is up for it?
On a sidenote... the rifle may be good, but I only use LMG's and BMG's in the game.
