Vendors bugged

I've noticed that every fraction vendor (Ex Inanis, Paradise, Von Bach etc.) in game has the same symptoms:

List of items automatically scrolls up every 1-2 sec which makes item selection almost impossible to do. To "catch" the right item I have to select last visible item, scroll list down, select next last visible item on list and so on until I reach item I need to buy. Scrolling list directly doesn't work because it scrolls back to the beginning after 1-2 second.
Also Ex Inanis Vendors on Iron Demon Ranch doesn't sell items. After selecting desired cache (using method above) and clicking "Yes" on buying confirmation alert - nothings happen. PG amount doesn't change and randomly selected item doesn't come to our inventory :(
