Stuck on taskbar

So now I am doing the other thing it said to do which is "If you are still unable to get Defiance 2050 to come out of the task bar please provide your system specifications and let us know in the Bug Report section of the Official Defiance 2050 Bug Report forums. The Defiance 2050 Development team is still working to address this issue."

I had this problem in the old Defiance. I wonder, if you select the Defiance icon in the taskbar, then press Alt + Enter, does it appear? If not, try pressing it again and see if it appears. This is what always resolved the issue for me in D13.
