As you can see by the title what my issue is. I have 4 low level items that I had from the start of the game that I want to get rid of as they are taking up slot space. I cannot do anything to get rid of them. Any ideas?

If it says "cannot be traded" at the top of the description window, and doesn't have the option to break it down in the salvage window, delete it.
Also make sure you do not have it equipped in another loadout cause you cant do anything with it at all that way with any item.
Check your loadouts. You cannot sell/salvage an equipped weapon. Loadouts are the "1, 2 (3, 4, 5)" numbers above your outfit. Press L on the PC to access your loadouts.
