To the players who haven't been able to log in at all, do you own or have played Trove on PS3 or PS4? Just curious.
You will not be able to unlink the ps4 so I think you are right and this might be the bug we have been looking for... LOLQuote:

I also found it weird that it asked about an e-mailing list when I first logged and when I looked at my e-mail preferences in Glyph... they didn't reflect what I chose. LOL. I think it had me down for 2050 for xbox but I corrected it so I don't remember.
Same here Unit. I've spent 100 to get to level 35 and not be able to log back in. I did notice on my link account section in glyph that I do have a trove for ps4 which I have never played and defiance on ps3 and one blank spot with nothing. The Valor issue is also troubling cause when I was able to login I only had 2000 valor. That's just not rite. I didn't grind out hours upon hours on defiance pc to get a mere 2000 valor. That's bull. I'm sure they are looking into all of this hopefully the login issue first. I know that they will be making this up to us with huge amounts of FREE in game items, valor, currencies and a whole lot of goodies because that's just who they are and that's what they should do (Correct?). Well I can dream at least lol. Refuse refund for faulty product. I don't think so (COUGH LAWYER) lol.

I have never played Trove nor Defiance on Xbox but I found have my Live account linked to Glyph and I have the same weird-looking "missing" link page too. Yes this definitely sucks but good to see some familiar gamer tags in forums from back in the day *****ing along with me. LolQuote:

I actually deleted the Beta and downloaded the Founder's Pack fresh. I was able to play Saturday morning for an hour. Once I crit'd out I couldn't log back in. I deleted and reinstalled after they said there was a hotfix (PSN said my version was up to date--I have a feeling PSN is not recognizing 2050 correctly or it should have notified me there was a patch or newer software). As this took 8 freaking hours, I let it update while I was asleep. I still can't log in, and I'm not going to delete it and reinstall again since there's no guarantee I'm not just installing the same thing over and over (says I have version 1.02) since PSN is not saying there's updated software.
