Currently, all weapons retain their roll's base power instead of the upgraded roll's power.
For instance:
> I have a weapon with a +7.0 Crit roll.
> I spend said weapon's bonus ranks on the Crit Roll in question, making it's displayed value go from 7.0 to 11.0.
> However, the sidebar only shows the roll's base power.
