Not receiving any progress towards Marin Exploration II

So far i have completed all pursuits for 2 zones (Mount tam and madera) my method for ensuring i complete every side mission is to clear all side missions, do the main mission, clear all side missions etc. Up until now i hadn't noticed that while my marin explorations 3&4 are almost complete number 2 is completely untouched. I know 100% for a fact I've completed every mission possible for me to complete up to this point minus one other side mission thats bugged and have completed most, if not all of the side missions within marin exploration ii just off of remembering the quest names on my map
