    I submitted a ticket about a main pursuit not registering completion/progress & an outfit that is being given out on defiancedata.com not appearing in my claims or under appearance. support sent this message back:

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us regarding Defiance 2050.

    I apologize for the confusion this issue has caused. I've made some changes on our end, so I want you to try completely closing your game, and then logging back in. This will trigger our authentication servers and should cause everything on your account to refresh. If you’re still having this issue after logging back in, please update this ticket."


    The only issue now after restarting the game is that i literally can't log in at all now. Here's a clip of the message i get:

    My other account worked fine and was allowing me to create a character with no issue


    UPDATE: Support fixed the issue with my account... still don't have the outfit but its not worth losing my account for a couple more hours lol just glad i got my stuff back
