I'm from Germany.
I really loved the Game on the PS3.
So I were pretty excited about the rerelease of the Game on PS4.
But since the release at 10am at the 10.07. Is the Game not available at the Store. 24 hours have past since the Release and nothing happened.
There was an update on Twitter about this, 6h ago:

For German PS4 players, we have been going through Sony's approvals process in the region, and are working to have Defiance 2050 live for you as soon as possible. We will have more info to share soon, thanks for your patience!
That's correct we are waiting and hoping to have it available on PS4 Germany (and other regions) as soon as it's ready.
