I have noticed that hellbugs with a lower power rating than me still have one skull on their nameplate. Haven't noticed it with any other enemy. i on PC/NA.

it is the shift of SysRq next to Scroll/Lock and Pause/Break on one of my keyboards... it is above Insert on another one of my keyboards... and on many keyboard it will say "Prt Scr" instead of printQuote:
