Never received side mission for sf exploration 2

I'm running through all zones and have completed Mt. Tam, Madera, Marin & Sausalito. while doing San Francisco i noticed I've completed sf exploration 3 and only have 1 main and 1 side mission left in #4 but i'm missing one side mission from sf exploration 2 called "truth with consequences pt 4" it never appeared on the map as i do my missions in an order like one main mission, all side missions, 1 main mission, etc....don't want to restart the whole story for one mission. I'm now up to the main mission "defiance" and still haven't received the side mission i'm pretty sure i should've gotten yesterday.
