Transferred Account Loadout Slot Missing

I received my valor, outfit, head gear, title, and vehicle transfers from Defiance to Defiance 2050 (PC NA to PC NA) . However, I did NOT receive my purchased character loudout slot. I also have 4 character slots on Defiance. I only have 2 for Defiance 2050.

I submitted a ticket to customer support and after multiple responses from support the GM, telling me they had no control over valor transfer (despite my issue not concerning valor at all) they escalated my support ticket on Monday after going back and forth over the weekend. I didn't receive a response on Tuesday.

I would appreciate it if the community manager or a developer could post here to clarify if I can expect to get the loadout slot and character slots either transferred or granted as a separate one time transaction. If not, may I receive the equivalent in bits to purchase a loadout slot and/or 2 character slots in the store for 2050?

As a side note, other clanmates have reported this same issue to me but not all have submitted tickets. If you could answer this for us, and the community, it would be appreciated.
