the dlc with the playble race going to come with one more slot?

the dev said that they going to make new playble race with the dlcs, but we only have 3-4 slots.
so my question is if the new slot come with the dlc (as in the old GuildWars) or we need to pay for dlc and than pay again for slot.

hope the first one: pay one - get dlc+1slot.

Id say you have plenty of slots availible that it shouldnt be needed..
