Defiance huge lag on both regions

Hi, I tried the open beta and the latency was good. Now I'm playing the final version and I have big problems of lag, I see the players appear and disappear and this makes it quite unplayable Defiance 2050. It happens to you too? Is there any remedy?
I'm in Italy and I use the European server, of course the American one has more problems.

Technical data: My connection is 100/50 fiber (speed tests are fine, 1 ms and 98/47 mbit).
The computer has no problem with other online games (i7 7700 - 32gb memory, all disk are ssd).

Happens here in the U.S. as well... seems like the game runs horribly now, compared to what I saw during the closed beta.
