Personality: Level-headed, fair, and resourceful. Like most ark hunters, Vince has been hardened by the new frontier. Though he only seems motivated through script, he is always ready to help out people who need it. Due to his past, he is not very trusting. Loyalty is an important trait to Vince and does not tolerate betrayal.
Biography
Only 12 years old when the arks fell to Earth, Vince was left alone with no knowledge of his parents well being. A man by the name of Jared Freeman rounded up the remaining survivors of the area and formed a gang of outlaws made up of human and Votan alike. Jared personally taught Vince the necessary skill to survive the new world.
Being skeptic at first, Vince ultimately joined the gang. While the restoration efforts were going on, the few wealthy that survived lived in isolated areas away from the restoration camps. These 1% were the targets of Freeman's activities. Most of what was stolen was given to other residents of Chesapeake, or so was thought.
By the year 2045, Vince had rose to the top ranks of the gang and was to be taken on a heist planned on an Earth Republic base. After the heist went off, with a few casualties on both sides, the weapons and other supplies were taken back to the base.
After Freeman explained that the supplies were not going to be distributed, Vince had doubts about his place in the gang. It was then that his friend, Ira Bondira,an Irathien discovered a deceitful plan. It had recently occurred to Vince that the upper members of the gang where all human. When Ira showed Vince a data recorder of Freeman talking about a plan to commit genocide of all the Votans living in the Chesapeake area.
Vince and Ira planned to take down Freeman before this could happen. With luck, they managed to shoot there way to Freeman and kill him. Although in a desperate attempt, Freeman had rigged the stolen ER supplies to explode killing the entire gang, Ira, and wounding Vince.
Earth Republic soldiers investigated the scene and arrested Vince. He was sentenced to life in Vegas Prison for his previous actions against ER and the general public. Before he was transported, the CEO of Von Bach Industries was searching for special volunteers on a private project. When the CEO offered Vince a deal, work for him in exchange for freedom, he accepted.
After the disappearance of Karl Von Bach, Vince has since been dismissed of all charges. Vince has since been reported being seen through the Bay area ever since.
