Headlands Transit Depot Graphical Glitch

So every time I enter into Headlands Transit Depot I get surrounded by greenish-blue fog effect except where my character is standing. It also persists in cutscenes. Restarting the client entirely gets rid of the bug until you leave and travel back to the Depot again.

Comp specs:
GPU: R7 260x (18.6 drivers)
CPU: i7 2600k
RAM: 8 GB

Graphical settings. Bloom, Motion Blur,and Shadows are off (this also happened with Shadows on). Proxy memory and Overscanning are on default settings.

Have read here someone at least on Xbox has also had a similar issue occur, but instead of green it is totally black.
