Massive PS4 sync issues...

Players and enemies are moving, locking up, then skipping across several feet and enemies aren't taking damage, then skipping across and then suddenly dying... and other interactions are very laggy as well (entering and exiting vehicles, picking up mission items & loot, refilling ammo, vendors, and placing waypoints on the map).... I JUST got back into this game and bought that Ultimate Class Pack and I REALLY hope this isn't just the way this game is gonna be.
