Xbox 1/ NA LB+Y skill bug

I am noticing, and tested this with Assault and Guardian classes, that when I am in combat and utilize my Left Bumper+Y ability it will sometimes change my weapon on me along with the skill activation. I do not know if this is a result of the server lag causing delayed input reactions from console to server but it is certainly an annoying bug in the middle of a firefight to switch weapons without intention. Either way a bug, while not super important to fix immediately, is certainly worth looking into.
