Medic Outfit glitch/bug

I don't know if this has already been addressed or not, but I've encountered quite an annoying problem while wearing my new shiny Combat Medic Outfit (the EMT one that comes with the level 25).

The problem is that while wearing it my toon doesn't hold any weapons correctly. The weapon is in fact on the ground, and this is not just a graphical glitch, since while firing bullets comes from below my toon and usually hits the ground.

The attachments should better clarify the issue :)

I have the same issue. Switching weapons, outfits, relogging, and mount/dismounting vehicles all have no effect. Sad that i cant use this outfit.
