My character is fine, I loaded defiance up my character was there I then tried to log in and it timed out re loaded to toon selection then my character went away/disappeared I then closed application loaded it back up and my character was there, PS4 NA

My character is gone, noticed it at 330 am last night. Went to sleep woke up same problems. I'm reinstalling game, but I'm about to give up. It bums me out like game a lot but all these issues to me appear your unwilling to commit resources to make game thrive. You want the customers but don't want to put in resources (more servers). Will it improve? I hope so, I think this game would do very well if it worked. Ps4 NA .
5 PS4 restarts and 3 shutdowns and still my toon is gone =/ GG!

I reinstalled game character was back. Guys I'm pulling for you but c'mon now, do better.
After 5 straight attempts to get in game , the next time it only had create a character

If your character is not showing, let us know the name of that character, platform/region, and PSN/Xbox/Glyph ID if possible.
Also, if you try to make a new character let us know that name as well. Thank you all, we are investigating deeply into this.

i had just about a lvl 23 ego and almost a weeks worth of gameplay! i even used my valor points!! all i had was the one character! AstaralRedfield! the game crashed -like that's new- then i go back in to see my character was gone!

My characters are gone, but let me start a new character and that played? I logged out and in again and characters returned but couldn't log in. Closed game again and restarted but my new character I just made returned and my originals where gone again!? I also lost items I had bought in store.

For all the people who lost their toons....you have to uninstall the game and reinstall it. This was also a bug in oldfiance funny how it's a bug in 2050 on a current gen console. Lol

I don’t know what is going on here. I’m alternating between different sets of characters. Some with same names that I created at different times. One set has the class pack and bits. The other doesn’t. It’s almost like I am randomly flipping servers or something. I really am at a loss.
Characters: Rathor Dahn, Jim Steele. Has ultimate class pack and bits.
Or
Characters: Jim Steele, James Vanders. Has no pack or bits.

Edit: I think this is the cause of everyone having missing characters. With the exception that they are switching between a place where they have characters to a place they don’t. It is so odd. I lost characters but I just created new ones because I really wasn’t far in the game. Now i’m alternating between characters.
Did you remake a character with the same name? If so you should try to contact support@trionworlds.com or try to log in again if the character is not appearing still.Quote:

It seems like every hour I alternate between those two character sets. Only the Rathor Dahn, Jim Steele set has the $50 class pack. I switched sets and switched back again in the last hour. I made a support ticket last night. I am just hoping to have a static character list with access to my premium content.
The characters are appearing. Two sets of characters at random intervals. I don’t care about the characters. Only when one set of characters appears it has the $50 bundle in item claim. That is my main concern. Both Jim Steele characters appear at different times. Always with the other character I have listed. It seems progress updates no matter what set I choose to play.
