Co-op Matchmaking missing UI

In looking at the Co-op maps videos from the PS3 I noticed that the player making the video was able to select a particular Co-op map because there was a Join button to the left of the Exit Menu button. The only time the Join button is visible on the PS4 version of the game is when Quick Match is selected. Unfortunately, whenever I choose Quick Match the only Co-op map that Quick Match will match into is Liberate the Lost.

Is MatchMaking currently broken in the game and is there supposed to be a Join button available so you can select a particular Co-op map?

Thanks for replying Hexthat, however that doesn't make any sense. That would mean that you would always have to have three other friends on or three other random people on your server in order to play any of the other Co-op maps.

I will use an equivalent example from Destiny. In Destiny there is an activity called a strike that you do with two other people. Those two other people can be randoms or it can be two of your friends. If the two people are random that occurred via matchmaking. So by having matchmaking you can play strikes 24/7 without requiring any friends to be on or anyone to be on your server.
