Lag issues

I’m dealing with massive lag issues tonight on Xbox One, na servers, XGC Undertown

I'm also dealing with lag issues since 1:00PM PT.

Enemies and other players run in place for about 9 seconds, then everything snaps back to real time for 45 seconds, and repeat.

Internet ping: 37ms

Definitely the servers, but all of my friends are unaffected. It wasn't laggy this morning.
