Crashing after Instance completetion

Friday night at about 12:41 I completed my first instance and upon loading back into a lobby I was timed out. After being timed out I was unable to get back on till around 2-3pm on saturday. Earlier today I went to do another instance and upon completetion the same thing happened. Everyone I was with in the instance, including myself, are still unable to connect to the servers four hours later. We are hoping to find a way to jump back in and play this great game.
