Critical. Your connection to the Defiance servers has timed out.

Okay, I'm really sorry to post this thread again but this has been happening to me for the last 3 nights now and I'm finally just tired of it. Just for your info. When Defiance came out in 2013 I bought the Game for 59.99$ USD and the DLC pre order combo pack for I think it was 39.99$ USD. That right there was a 100$ Investment into this game. Like 8 months later you starting making this game a F2P. I was sorely disappointed as the Original Founders of this game didn't get anything special for showing support. Now, 5 years later you give us the option to show our support again by buying the Defiance 2050 founders packs. To show my support and enthusiasm that Defiance was finally on PS4 I bought the Ultimate Founders Pack at 49.99$ USD and what did i get for showing my support? Here is a small list of problems.
1, The first thing that happened was the Inventory surplus. I bought 2 for 1800 bits and only received and extra 60 inventory. I posted a bug report and sent in a ticket for the missing 60 Inventory or the 900 Bits to be refunded. Still nothing has been done about it.
2. The NA PS4 3 Day Early Access that was only 2 days. I did not complain about it. I just waited until i could actually play. I feel all NA PS4 players who bought a founders pack should be compensated for the 1st missing day. After all that was the agreement Trion and the Consumer made upon purchase. I was entitled to the 3 days. Not 2. Yet no one is compensated for that. Hmm.
3. The lag, server disconnects, and the over all poor game play quality. Trion has had 5 years to upgrade and get the servers running properly without any problems and Sony should not have Authorized the Cert to be released until the servers ran accordingly. The Early access for NA PS4 is prime example why it should not have went live yet. You accepted money and have not been able to fully honor your half of the bargain.
4. The bugs. I have completed all the side quests and for a bit the side quest "Lost in Transition" was unable to be completed and upon update 1.03 you fixed that but yet made a worse one along the same quests. Now Marin Exploration II cannot be completed at all cause i have done every side quest and again nothing has been fixed with that too.
5 And my last and final major issue with this game. The last 3 night i keep getting the "Critical" "Your connection to the Defiance servers has timed out. 3 nights in a row now. Seriously?
I'm not asking for my money back cause i do like the game when it lets me on and play smoothly which i have noticed some improvements during the day. I'm just asking what are you guys doing to keep loyalists like me playing this game? I'm not impressed with your twitch streaming and your giveaways. You advertise and hype this game so much it's ridiculous. People download this game and delete it cause they don't want to struggle just to log in. So please for the love of gamers around the world get these issues resolved sooner than later. I'd like to see this game last another 5 years.

What this guy said. I bought the Class Founders( wishing i got the demolition one right now. But hey ill take the demolition pacl as compensation for the day i lost lol j/p). Anywho the constant enemy lag doesnt bother me too much. I was smart and completed the race trials during what was left of the head start.

This server time out crap is what is really irritating me. We have a deadline on our extra xp that is wilting away die to these servers constantly downs. I know alot of online games have that womderful small print stating they arent responsible for theconnectivity issues if i remember correctly, but this is ridiculous.

As much as you guys are twitch streaming and offering stuff we sure do seem to be getting ignored and it is starting to give me Blizzard's Heroes of the Storm deja Vu regarding loyal player bases complaints being ignored for the twitch stream crowd.

PLEASE I implore you DO NOT be like Blizzard.
I want to see this game thrive.
