ps4 eu. dc on loading screen constantly

Can't get on to server,chosen toon then when its on loading screen i dc every time.same for the last 30 min

it gets better, you can start a new toon and play the game fine.

but your existing toon, no the server doesn't like that.

The 2nd toon can do the tutorial but still dc when trying to load server. devs can you fix please

Back on now.

Sometimes relaunching a trying a few times can get the character to log in, please try that for now as we continue to work on better fixes.
