Hotshot: Bolinas Sniper doesn't work after Failed and Try Again.

TITLE/QUICK SUMMARY:
[Hotshot: Bolinas Sniper] try again bug

ISSUE OCCURED:
After Failed mission and Try Again : no enemies appear in restarted scene. (checked it twice in different times of day).
Need to log out to quit it then.

EXPECTED:
Enemies appear in restarted scene. Progress possible. Able to quit from bugged mission other way than log off.

REPRODUCE:
Pickup Hotshot: Bolinas Sniper mission. Fail it. Choose try again.
