can't see friends in game

Was playing with friends earlier and the game crashed. When I came back I can't see them and dont appear to be on the same map/see as them? They were at arkfalls that I do not see. Both on xbox one NA server. I can invite to group but can not see or travel to.

You came back into a different phase. go to friend, or invite them to a group and go to leader should fix this. Or through clan aswell.
