Please allow instance matchmaking at story level

Can we please get story line instance match making for story line missions. Since they require 4 to enter weather broken as they are or not. I have done every one a few times now by match making tier 1. Zero - story line while having the mission to enter up. Standing around waiting for hours for any number to show up to equal 4 just doesn't happen. Allow us to match make story line instances to continue the story line quests. They may be the end of each area's story to that part but can not complete them with the active mission loaded with no one to equal 4 to enter. Or allow instance tier 1s to count towards story line mission advancement. As is can only quick match since none have been completed due to lack of grouping to finish them. Can not select individual instances without completion of story lines. Or fix to solo with NPC aid for story line instance levels only.
