PCNA - Ammo Mods In Claims are Glitched

Time: Always
Game Details: Any mod, specially ammo mods.
Character Details: Ego 50 PR 2200.
Expected Outcome: Ammo mods in claims should have a higher damage number.
Observed Outcome: Ammo mods in claims have a low damage number (mostly below 10).
Repro Steps: With full inventory buy ammo caches or wait for mods to drop from arkfallas, sieges, etc.

I think they go back to normal eventually, i had same problem when rebuying from vendor.
