Xbox One Crash on Seize the Day, Control the Furture Mission

Seize the Day, Control the Future mission crashes the game before I can start it. If I go anywhere near Head Transit Depot via walk, drive, or teleport the game crashes on this specific mission before I even accept it. I have rebooted my system, logged in multiple times, and even attempted to run away from the mission area when spawned in. My friends, however, do not crash and have been trying to help me. They do not have this mission or are not on this mission.



Note: I have successfully run away a few times before crash. The game is then playable as long as I never return to Head Transit Depot. Realizing this I tested further to see how close I could get before crash. Inside the fence was the answer and now I am attempting to run away from spawn again so I can play the game. The spawn is inside Head Transit Depot. You can feel my frustration...
