Purchases in Store disappears

It is currently 11:13pm Eastern US time, Ipurchased 6 ark keys in store, I went into Liberate the Lost Co-Op and at the end I had 0/7 and all my bits are gone. Also, I have purchased a ton least 5 key supply upgrades and it took bits, and never gave me upgrades to more than 7, even though I purchased after 7. This is a total of 3000 bits for those, and 720 bits for the ark keys you lost, this is theft unless it’s returned. That’s almost $30 in bits lost completely. I tried reporting for last week or so but the site just now let me stay logged in.
