Giveaway codes not working/exploit report WOULD LOVE HELP :)

So i won a tream give away and got 2 codes, 1 worked the other did not, i was given the outfit and then the pink challanger, and both codes took on the glyph site and i got the outfit in game but no car.

2nd thing is i encountered a player that seems to be using an explout in pvp. I was using a shockwave and shot him point blank and the damage numbers appeared, but he would take 0 damage. At one point i shot him twice with the shockwave and he still took no damage, as well as having 3 people shotting and landing shots on him, still taking no damage and killing them all. I recorded it on my xbox but it dint let me upload it in the ticket
