Matchmaking, Shadow War

Why in the world of Defiance can I not enter in a Thorn Liro arena with a group? If I trigger the match everyone gets in BUT me. I get the Matchmaking failed error message. If another group member triggers the match they get the error message and the rest of us get in. AND if you are in the match, players can not join you. So what’s the point?

Shadow war... why can I not spawn an ATV? In the menu the vehicle slot has a lock over it. First match in 2050 clanmates have an atv. I don’t. So am I missing something here?
