Every time I attempt to walk into the area to pick up the mission, as stated in the title, I get crashed to the Home screen on Xbox One. I've tried relogging and it keeps doing the same thing over and over again, so I'm unable to trigger the remaining story and thus blocked from opening up San Francisco as well.
