I think that this recent update or patch has given Longshot AT-4 Von Bach Rocket Launchers, Thats That prototype old stats. Which means that in Competitive Matchmaking it can kill players who are within the same power tier in a single hit. But for some reason if the player is below the Longshot users power tier it doesn't do unbalanced damage, I know this because I was playing a match on my second character which is under 3K and the Longshot user was over 4K and it didn't do much to my health compared to what it does to my main character that has max OPR and that dies in a single hit upon impact.
