Poultry Parts removed 3 days early...

EDIT: I'm now aware that Trion or whoever gave correct dates on the forums, and that it was in fact supposed to go today - but the in-game date about it was and still to this moment IS wrong. So even with that knowledge, there's still a bug.

As of today's update a few hours ago Poultry Parts are no longer dropping. This is totally bogus because the actual pursuit for it CLEARLY read 11/23/2018 to 11/30/2018

I know I am not alone, as soon as I realized I asked my friend I'm in a party with - he confirmed no parts for him, so then we posted about in zone chat and every single response was people saying the same.

This really isn't fair to people who were working towards this. Hell I only started the game yesterday for the first time and have 5/7 parts already. To have a bug like this my second day playing the game? Not a very good impression... please fix this. People like me who only collected parts a few days ago should be given our keys back, because lies in game made us waste them.

I'm guessing the date on the pursuit is a typo. Everything else tied to the black friday event ended on the 27th as scheduled. That or the pursuit is even more broken then it already was for some.

You mean just "read." I can't re-read something I never read to begin with. It's also a bit silly I should even have to read something online in the first place... there's a date shown in-game, and it's wrong. This isn't an issue with my reading comprehension, but the fact the game itself delivers false information. You can even check your pursuit tab yourself.

I'm willing to accept that they fully intended the 27th as per the article, but it takes a special kind of person to do write wrong dates IN THE GAME, misleading players. How friggin hard is it to get a 2 digit number right :/

No i mean read forums I been doing it for 4 years bro just trying to help but u attitude is very inacceptible. Defiance is a great game with many flaws. On that note i wish you well on defiance.

No you clearly said "re-read" which implied I already read it once, and did so wrong. Not attitude, just setting the record straight. That is 100% what it means when you say "re-read". There's no other meaning for that, "re-read" has one definition and it's not "read the forums". Sorry if that came off as attitude but in my perspective your implications that I can't read came off as attitude.

Maybe you've spent 4 year of your life on the forums - as mentioned in my original post I started this game YESTERDAY, obviously I have not been around long enough to keep up with news and forum posts.

I think it's pretty reasonable to expect dates shown in the game to be accurate, that is all. Accurate information about the game should be in the game - not only other sources. What's in the game now is blatantly misleading.

I'm not slagging the game off or anything, but it is a very bad impression.

I also have been trying to get the "turkey" gun as I call it having to earn ark keys daily where I can only earn one a day and according to inside there game they claim it runs til the 30th so today I got my ark key and was gonna have the last piece for the gun after the "maintenance" and didn't get the poultry part like I had been. really ticked me off seeing as how inside the game they say u have til the 30th to get it and id been working my butt off to earn the ark keys just so I could. they didn't even say that it was ending today on here or on the game. I think for all the people who wasted ark keys today and didn't get the gun they should either compensate them an ark key or give them the gun. im so disappointed in this game now. they need to put the right date in game if there gonna do something like this and maybe even mention a time that its ending that way people know. I hope they do something bout stuff like this and prevent it in the future.

yea you may have played for 4 years but defiance isn't a great game its a decent game with way too much wrong with it for it to be truly enjoyable if they fixed everything wrong with the game then it could be a very good game. not wishing to argue but that's my opinion. ive played defiance on and off for 3 years starting with defiance for ps3 and now defiance 2050 for ps4 and as I play defiance 2050 I get errors non stop half the time or I lag so bad the enemies don't appear or recorders don't appear and when it does that I cant use my powers or even change weapons. I have to completely exit the game and go back in just to possibly fix it and sometimes that doesn't even work. plus half the good stuff is in there bit shop and unearnable in game or hard to earn in game. just to name a few of the many flaws that keep it from being a great game. im glad u think its great but to me its more trouble than its worth most of the time. if they ever fix everything wrong maybe just maybe id start playing it more since I like that its an open world shooter.

Trion needs to grant everyone that logged in during the Black Friday "event" a Poultromancer and Goliath because of their mistakes with the pursuit.

yea or at least give them something good since they have messed up so much. hopefully they will but I doubt it.
