UE Question. How can you tell if the season pass has been correctly applied?

Really sorry if this question has been asked several times before, but us UK folk just got the UE today.

When you type in the code off the back of the manual it explains that the season pass is on there but how do you check that its actually been added?

I'd imagine you'd have the hat you are supposed to have. If the hat is missing you obviously done messed up.

Erm...you'll have to run that one by me again?

You should have a hellbug hat, you get it for having the season pass. If you see Hellbug hat in your claims you have the season pass, if you have no hellbug hat, that means you don't have the season pass.

I've checked and I didn't get the Hellbug hat or the lock box bonus, even though I redeemed the Ultimate Edition code.
