While a point to be argued in regards to street performance, do keep in mind it's not front wheel drive - nothing more ret4rted than FD ricers with wings.

Not even nascar uses those stupid wings because they do NOTHING!

Not a stock photo.
That's my CARDIS. Notice the Dalek hanging from the Rear View and my old base tag on my windshield. xD
Whats funny is his own reasoning is false. http://sports.espn.go.com/rpm/nascar...ory?id=3489358
The clown is a jealous troll
Yeah, wings do nothing :D

Ok, so look at the spoiler on that race car and then look at a spoiler on a fast and furious wanna be. One of the two is not the same. And FYI, I dont even like nascar, its super boring.
Most street vehicles will not notice a performance difference with or without the use of wings until they reach their peak straight line speed or cornering speed.
It will certainly not be as noticeable as for instance having a top down on a convertible.
Nascars do have a wing, but not a hollow one with undercurrent.
Ok, when I say giant wings do nothing I am talking about daily driver, wanna be fast and furious cars, that is all.

Oh and intense, I drive a segway. What do you care anyway?
That saturn was f&#kin hilarious huh?
I dont know, why dont you tell us?
This is getting out of hand. Why does intense get so butt hurt about my opinion, supported by facts, that giant wings on passenger cars are lame and pointless? I think he drives a Ford Escort with a 5 foot tall spoiler.
I told you, I drive a segway.
Anyways, yes continue posting neat pictures of your cars and maybe give the developers some ideas of what to include in the future.
That would depend on if it was turbo or not. And if I had my choice I think I would choose an engine that naturally put out 300 horses with out having to deal with turbo lag, but that is just me. I really dont care about how fast your car is or isnt, I still get to where I am going regardless.
The main thing of course is the performance part of 'performance car' :)
I admit to having a 'fast and furious' car, but honestly the movies make me cringe when they race around at very obviously low speeds in their super tuned cars that dont even have some kind of charger and certainly dont have the N/A power to back it up. So yeah, when I got all my artwork done I got the engine done too (along with a lot more I wont go in to), it's certainly fun :)
I still stand by my statements that Mopars are trash and giant wings are lame. Call me out more.
My car beats everything!

Oh really? So the turbo can spool up all on its own eh? You are such a tool, sure the lag is reduced but you can never totally eliminate the lag unless maybe you powered your turbo with a electric motor and not the exhaust gasses. I also have no desire to ever enter your stupid realm. Cars are the worst investment ever and I have no desire to throw hanfulls of cash in the trash so I can go fast when the light turns green.
Virtually eliminates - not entirely though. You are correct in that non sequential and single turbos can result in noticeable lag.
Unfortunately turbos are a crude way to generate power - which might work great with the lore of Defiance in that it's a cheap option.
Sigh, so a car with turbos has 0 horsepower? That the logic you are presenting. With the horsepower the engine has it can get the car moving to spin the turbos. The stock twins are not that big and spin up quickly. Do you know what the word sequential means? With the air moving its plenty to get the first turbo boosting and providing power.
Intense: grand champion of the stop light to stop light grand prix! I just reread my post and I am still trying to find when I mentioned the base engine generated 0 horsepower. Could you please point that out to me?
Oh man, this thread .... full of people that actually know very little about engines, or it seems cars for that matter. But opinions are what counts ..........................
Well driving my wife's stock sequential twins Supra has 0 lag. Power on the get go. Now compared to my upgraded single supra is a whole different story. My old S4 which was not sequential twins had lag.
Good for you! Hey, when I'm retired and you are 70 and still flipping burgers at least you can go fast!
I told you, its a segway damn it! You should also be embarrassed that you let your wife buy you a car.
